When i go to open horizon nothing happens (Windows 8 ) does anybody know how to fix it if so could you tell me 
Have you checked task manager?
everytime that happens to me I just uninstall it and reinstall it. normally works i’m running windows 8.1
I Have Payed for Diamond but 8.1 isn’t letting me install ?
I am trying to download and install Horizon but I keep getting a red flag on the site (my computer security keeps finding threats ranging from ones that require caution to others that are deemed very serious). Is there a problem with the site (or at least the link to download Horizon)??
Try downloading and installing from this link, you shouldn’t have any issues:

Right click the installer, click Properties.
On the bottom, click Unblock, and then Apply, then OK.
Horizon should now install.
