Hi there. From what I know, the game should be officially released first, and New trainers are added based on popularity among WeMod users. Users can visit the game’s page and click Notify Me on the Trainer once released. This helps determine which games will get trainers next. Once enough users take this action, the game will be added to the queue for potential trainer development.
