If your receive the pop up after closing a game with those 2 smileys to rate the hack. If you then restart the same game without interacting with the client, you will still get hotkey sounds played even though the game is running in a new instance and is not affected anymore.

Its small but i thought who else would ever report this.

Do you mean if you close the popup without giving feedback or launching the game through Steam (or other DRM) instead of WeMod?
