House Flipper 2 Cheats and Trainer for Steam

I keep having an issue with the game freezing for so long that I have to restart whenever I use Wemod in conjunction with the game.

The game survived this night with trainer enabled + 0 cheats actived.

a few question to @GreenHouse:
how come that more or less everyone crash when using the trainers, and when we report it, you basically just brush it off, like it is nothing, because it’s not crashing on your end?

i think i speak for everyone, when i say, we appreciate you for making trainers. but my question is; why do you not listen to the community here, when we report the crashes, and actually do something about it?

we’ve been reported all kinds of crashes when using the trainers. me with the set experience, and others with other crashes, as you’ve seen. who knows how many times, i’ve sent a sad-faced satisfaction with game crash, and explaining where and how i crashed. this is making me less likely to use WeMod in the future. why? simply because i don’t feel like my complaints and dissatisfaction is being taken seriously

Because 9/10 times they would be right that it wasn’t the trainer. It’s a new game launch, and games crashing to desktop on launch day is pretty common. Even if the issue is legitimately due to the trainer, if they can’t reproduce the crash then there’s not much they can do. Period.

well funny enough, i can run the game without WeMod is even enabled, and i have no crashes at all. even in House Flipper’s discord there are maybe 2 handful of users who have reported the game crashes to the desktop. and i am 100% sure of, they don’t use WeMod. so how are you going to explain that?

You shouldn’t assume that I brushed it off when you don’t see the work behind the scenes. When crashes are reported, the game is thoroughly tested and revised by me multiple times, and again tested by WeMod Testers. The problem is not being able to replicate the crashes. At which point I can’t do nor say much about it other than ask for more information here to pin point the issue, like I did.
And you forget that the crashes were due to Game Speed, which is something that I can’t fix myself, as it’s generic and works the same way for all games.

Thank you for your work and effort it’s much appreciated, it works fine to me now, no freeze or anything, I also added Wemod as an exception from my antivirus ( Bitdefender ) as the support from Discord suggested to me to add these folders (not files ):

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

after I added them I started the game normally then after I loaded the save and the world’s loaded I paused the game and clicked on (Play) from Wemod app then I enabled the following mods:

  • set experience multiplier
  • infinite trash bag, paint roller paint, tiles, and wallpaper
  • Place objects anywhere

I played for more than 2 hours doing different normal jobs and assembly missions.

Technically, it’s really difficult to debug a issue when cannot reproduce it.

As a coder, I would be in similar situation 1 or 2 times per year. QA push a issue in my face but I just never reproduced it after days of blindly trying. If in the office, at least I can goto QA’s cubicle and use his/her computer to debug. But in a offshore environment? The only thing I can do is just blindly modify lines of suspected codes then wait for others’ response… :face_with_spiral_eyes:

I have constant freezes in game too when I launch the game from WeMod. However, if I launched the game through steam, it runs just fine.
When I’m in WeMod I have tried using various different mods and no mods at all while running from WeMod and it’s still freezes
It’s sort of feels like the autosave feature in the game tries to run and WeMod has something open in which the game cannot write a file causing it to freeze?

With the latest version I can run the game without freeze. Maybe you can check if your trainer has updated to the latest version (the latest version has NO ā€œGame Speedā€ cheat, only a ā€œMovement Speedā€ cheat).

Cool, I’ll check on my version tonight!

Gamespeed 100% was it, I didn’t want to mention it because I wasn’t sure if it was intentional, but when the mod was enabled I was moving faster, game seemed to run faster even though gamespeed said 1%, without WeMod enabled the game did not speed up at all and my character didn’t move faster and it was normal play with 0 issues, as soon as I enabled WeMod but didn’t click on anything, it sped up.

Whenever I tried to lower Gamespeed to 0 it crashed, if I left it was 1% it would eventually cause the game to crash, if I tried going higher it froze but then worked but then crashed quicker. So something was not enjoying it, but glad it’s been worked out !

You keep writing that the problem is due to game speed but I have never activated game speed in trainers and yet I crash the game if I activate other types of cheats. Anyway thanks anyway, it means I’ll either do without it or try to find something else around. Greetings

The following folders are created automatically in AppData when you install the WeMod programme. They have been there for years on my PC and everyone else’s.

Just because you don’t use the game speed mod doesn’t mean it still isn’t active and doing something in the background.

I’ll write the last thing and then that’s it…since this morning I’ve been using a trainer from one of your competitors, which I won’t mention any names because I’ve respected you for years, but they have the exact same cheats that you have and I’ve never crashed the game. I tried to reactivate your trainer and after a while the game crashes. Do you keep saying it’s the game speed? At least to be fair say ā€œsorry but our trainer has issuesā€ and no one would say anything and just accept it. Anyway, good day and happy holidays to the entire WeMod community. Peace and love

XP Modifier doesn’t appear to work anymore after the latest update. With 20% before patch I could get a perk fast, now it’s barely moving.

The House Flipper 2 cheats have been updated!

Changes:

  • Bug fixes and game compatibility improvements

@Rubyelf It’s still working properly and the same way it did before. All it does is multiply the Experience that you earn. If you earn less than before it could be because the Developer has decreased the base amount you earn now, or increased the amount you need to level up.

Hey there, thanks a lot for your great job!
I want to ask how does the cheat ā€œinfinite tiles/wallpaperā€ exactly works?
bc I’m playing right now and no noticeable difference appeared - the materials still ending up the same as without the mod
but other functions like ā€œinstant cleaning/vacuumā€ work correctly
