How can i select a gamerpic in an gamerpic package

can someone help me please
i can just select an picture for a new Gamerpic package and cannot use it as profile picture

Create a new gamerpic package, transfare it to a xbox 360 and change the gamerpic the normal way.

Like with anything else. Plug in a usb drive, open pic package in horizon, press save to device, plug usb drive into xbox.
