How do you update a Cracked PC game?

I am asking this question, aiming more at MMOs that always require an Internet connection, meaning if the game’s servers are offline you can’t play.

crack a newer version? one does not simply update a cracked game.

I was hoping it wouldn’t be that way. I was hoping it will be more like updating a game on a modified console, by downloading the patch through a site like FSD or Xbuc.

Download the update from where ever you got the cracked game from. Correct me if I’m wrong but most updates come with cracks that work with the update released.
