How to set hotkey for the "set" button

As the title says.

I use the overlay right now, but being able to set the “set” button to a hotkey would save me a ton of clicking. If possible?

You do not need to set a hotkey for the set buttons. If you use hotkeys to change the value the set button is automatically pressed.

but if nothing happens when select desirable amount, nothing changes in game, but other options without “set” works fine?
