Loading them in disables moving units.

Set Influence, money and research points is very buggy. Only works sometimes but majority of the time they don’t work, the same with set era stars and unlimited movement. These all either work, as in when one activates it means the rest will also work and vice versa if one doesn’t activate none of them will.
