Infinity not responding to mouse clicking

Every time i open the program it wont allow me to click on anything. My clicks simply does not have any effect. The program is running and everything looks normal. I can even hilight the icons on the sidebar whenever i pass the mouse cursor on them. However, everytime that i click on some icon nothing happens.

HELP?
i have no anti virus and windows defender is disabled

system - win 10

i checked the dev console there is one error only

I was just about to mention uninstalling and re-installing, then I read the end of your message :upside_down_face: Personally I haven’t heard anything of this, but hang tight and no doubt someone will have some useful info. Best of luck :+1:t2:

are you running infinity always as admin? For some people that opens up some issues might be worth to start it normally.

Never heard of that problem either. It sounds weird is weird and probably has some weird ass reason we all don’t know :stuck_out_tongue:

@frank might be able to help you.
I can just give you some things on the way that fixed other problems, most of them you already tried so I will not include them, don’t know if it will work with yours.

Cache clearing: Infinity Cache Clearer (ICC) (sometimes it helps)
Remove Infinity from your system —> cache clearing —> Install again

A user reported a very similar issue a week ago or something and it fixed itself somehow. I have gotten this bug too but restarting Infinity fixes it for me.

You can try deleting the cache. Infinity Cache Clearer (ICC)

tried to clear the cache its not working

and im running infinity as admin always

Did you try not running it as admin like I stated?
That fixed it for me not in infinity but a different software I used
