wont be able to use do to no internet at home only used crap laptop with external drive at libary then transfered to desktop
any games installed will be used external drive but wont be played or used

If you’re asking if WeMod can be used offline, it can, but you have to have used the trainer on the laptop while you were online first.
If you try to use WeMod while you’re offline when you haven’t used the trainer before, it will not work.
