Since the game has been updated then the trainer is also in need of an update. You will need to request an update via the WeMod desktop app.

Each vote bumps the trainer higher up the developer’s queue. But bear in mind there are other trainers which were in the queue first to get through, so be patient. We can’t give status updates or ETAs on trainers because too many variables affect it.
