Cannot get any of the options to work, CE is the only tool that ACTUALLY works, step it up please.
Works for me just fine. So, it may help for you to describe your setup, how you obtained the game, etc.

Zero weight crash seems to be related in part at least to fast travel. As soon as you even hover over a fast travel point on the map it crashes, presumably as it checks first if you are over encumbered.

Am I the only one who does not get any perk points when using the cheats?

I have an issue with the groschen (money) cheat : when i start the mod, it takes effect automatically, it’s quite a bummer to see my rightfully earned amount of money being erased. Could it be fixed please ?
