How to use wemod on kingdom come deliverance for Xbox consoles.

There are two tools available. One is called WeMod, and the other is called Horizon.
WeMod is a PC game modification tool that supports games from major PC platforms such as Steam, Windows/Xbox for PC, Ubisoft, GOG, and Epic Games.
Horizon, developed by the same team, was an Xbox 360 modification tool. However, it is technologically impossible to use cheat tools on newer consoles like the Xbox One or Xbox Series X. This is why WeMod transitioned from an Xbox 360-focused tool to a PC-exclusive platform. Kingdom Come Deliverance was released on Xbox One, a newer console than the 360.
If anyone claims to offer cheats for Xbox consoles beyond the 360, they are attempting to scam you—such tools do not exist.
