I’d like to make the enemies a bit weaker, similar to the Easy mod for Elden Ring. Would that be possible?

Good morning, I know this game has been out for a long time. Is it possible to add a “Edit Inventory” mod? the consumables mod is great, but it doesn’t carry over to upgrade items like umbral scourings.
we seriously need an option to edit pilfered coins and plucked eyeballs, the economy is so draining and the multiplayer sucks
