not sure if anyone else has reported this but they are not working on the xbox pc pass version… loaded a new save also and still didnt work.

Works fine for me on GP, but I can’t seem to modify quantities in any secondary areas I take over.

Never mind. I went into the development screen for the other cities and then added the stuff. That worked.
