Well… If they perma ban for this - Microsoft is dumb. They’re getting so many new people from PS3 right now, and they’re gonna start banning when PS3 is suppose to cmoe back up? Pretty sure if I get banned… I’mdonewith Xbox.I don’t have the money to re-buy an xbox, so I’ll stick to my PS3 - Even if it is offfline only for now. I don’t have 300$ for an xbox, 60$ for another year, and over 800$ in DLC and GoD and everything. So it would be a bye bye microsoft for me.
Elliot: You also failed to say it’s a 2 week ban for infections. i went to the source, and in the photo the user asked why he got suspended - The mod replies he got suspended for 2 weeks for infections.

Console ban for modded gamerscore? Really? If I get perm-banned, I’m done with Xbox. My PS3 will get alot more use.

You were foolish enough to get caught, no need to throw a hissy fit.
I highly doubt you get console banned for Gamerscore unless its like your 3rd or 4th offence with different accounts on the same console, and the same goes for modding your avatar.
Infections will get your account banned unless there is proof that you’re hosting the lobbies, 'nuff said about that.
And Clearly if you get caught with a flashed console it will get banned
