Ok, so I filled up my inventory, reinstalled microsoft framework 4 and restarted computer and it still says File not found as soon as I open my save (which doesnt really open in the editor) help?
No, then it would only be for Diamond members. Its fine as a stand-alone program.
First off why is it going to be a Diamond only tool?
secondly use the Edit button. It’s there for a reason.
I believe the criteria for a diamond only tool is that the game:
A) Doesn’t have any working tools out.
B) Is incredibly hard to edit it.
C) Has alot of encryption.
Not just because they choose to have it diamond.
I thought if the game was really popular, they knew they would profit from making it diamond, but from what you just said does make much more sense. Also, sorry about the double post.

Yeah I tried that, But when I save I get an error. 
When I mod it none of the stuff appears ingame the save just goes back to the original I’ve looked at every youtube vid and it won’t work help!
