Unless you have a mod chip installed, you won’t be able to install mod menus like that. Look into iso modding.
This type of modding is complicated and you will have to do most of the research on your own. We can probably point you in the right direction though.
But you are talking about xbox 360, right?
No chance unless J-tag or DNS server even then it’s not really a mod tool just for money so yea
