Mods will not load at all, stuck in constant loading

I’ve been trying to get Wemod to load mods into my steam games but it won’t. Wemod can find the games easily but once I try to open the game with mods it is stuck in endless loading and nothing happens. The windows is a new install and I tried the windows defender solution, turning it off and downloading Wemod then add the two files to exclusions and it still won’t work.

thanks for the “help” I guess I’ll just uninstall wemod and say screw it

Have you tried other games? And are you opening it from steam, or wemod?
