What you guys planning to do, now that more and more games are able to detect your app running and instantly trigger their anti-cheat measure and force shutting down their game?
Will you guys start to put counter measure so the app process does not get detected by those anti-cheat system or you will just ignore this problem and just say “we no longer support this game” and move on and just ignore your community? Which won’t be the first time that happen.
Here an example when a game anti-cheat detect your app:
Hey Azwraiths, thanks for reaching out about this! It’s a fair question and I want to be upfront with you. We’re very limited in what we can do when a game’s anti-cheat system detects the app. Attempting to work around those systems would put our users at real risk of bans or account penalties, and that’s not a risk we’re willing to take with our customers. Ultimately these are decisions made by the game developers, and it’s not something we’re able to change on our end. It’s frustrating, we know, but protecting our community has to come first.
Thank you and take care!
