I followed the entire procedure of adding the eldenring.exe game executable, however wemod shows me a message that says: ‘we are having problems finding the executable for your open game’, I have already done several procedures, deleted the anticheat, ran the I play offline first, and then run eldenring.exe, but none of these alternatives are working!
Could anyone help me with this problem?

Did you the note that is in the trainer itself, right at the top of it? You’re also forced to read it before you could launch the trainer of the first time.
It states this:
If WeMod is unable to find your game or if you manually linked the exe you will need to manually perform the anticheat bypass. Create a text file in the game’s folder where the exe is located with 1245620 as the contents and name it “steam_appid”. Launch the game directly from eldenring.exe then click play in WeMod after your game has finished loading.
You stated that you deleted the anti-cheat, for example. This is not an instruction given to you in the trainer. You need to bypass it, not delete it.
You will now need to verify the integrity of the game files (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files) to undo all of the changes you have made, before following the instructions given, written as clear steps below:
-
Go to and open the game’s folder, which by default is
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GAME_NAME_HERE -
Right-click an empty space inside the folder.
Select “New”.
Select “Text Document”. -
Open the text document opens, paste this in there:
1245620 -
Save the text document with the exact name
steam_appid -
In the same folder, double click
eldenring.exeto launch the game. -
Once loaded into a game, alt+tab to WeMod and press the Play button (or via the remote app).
Let us know how it goes. ![]()
This hasn’t worked for me, it has stayed doing the same error code. I did as suggested and nothing has worked, I went into offline mode in both steam and in game and still nothing.
(Update): It has now soft banned me, so the “fix” that was said to work now doesn’t.
