When i try to open the hack as i followed the intruductions from WeMod since its not detecting the game manually. Still its not working for me and giving me that error. Help please
The game was recently updated. So the trainer needed an update.
The trainer was updated one hour after your post. It was already being worked on.
If you’re still having an issue, click the History button in the trainer and make sure the most recent trainer version is selected.

Or look at the queue tab in your WeMod desktop app.
