Whens this nba 2k15 tool coming out???
Right now no one really knows except for developers, if I was you I would PM one of them, you could find the list of all developers of Horizon [b]here[/b].
As of right now there does not seem to be anyone who has requested the tool but I do suggest that you go to this portion of the website here: https://www.horizonmb.com/forums/21-Horizon-Suggestions and follow the instructions to requesting a tool. Its a really simple process. All you have to do is provide 2 saves of the exact same game and request what you would like to see in the tool and then the developers of Horizon can see what they can do for you.
