The mod actually works for the Epic Games version perfectly. I tried the one for GOG and picked the executable in the following folder:
C:\Games\EpicGames\NecromundaHiredGun\Necromunda\Binaries\Win64\Necromunda-Win64-Shipping.exe
Yours might have been installed in a different drive and folder, but the .exe file has to be this:
Necromunda-Win64-Shipping.exe
Once you assigned that .exe file to the GOG version, run the game and apply the modifications.
