JUST BOUGHT DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP LIKE 5 MINS AGO AND WHEN I GO ON HORIZON AND LOG IN IT WONT LET ME MOD GEARS OF WAR 3! WHEN I PRESS ON PLAYER DATA, IT WONT LET ME USE THE MOD PACKAGE! I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO! HELP!

It does look like that but it wont let me mod
You Will recive a pop-up telling you that horizon Will run in offline mode and you Will not have access to Diamond tools.
Its in online, I can mod my profile but i cant mod gears of war 3
