They are basically the same. While the modification is different they both allow you to do the same thing, run unsigned code. While there are ways to go online it’s very expensive and there’s a high chance of your KV getting banned. Just Google “how to go online with a jtag rgh” and you’ll find plenty of useful info.
As Steve said its expensive to go online and that is true.
Therefor i would recommend you to research a lot before you get into this.
The Jtag or RGH mods cost as well, so is it really worth it?
Also, get to your modded console before you go online if you choose to do it.
I have a friend that lost a lot of money because of not researching enough.

If you are willing to pay yes it can go online. I’m would buy an RGH just because not many devs support JTag anymore.
