Newbie question

Hi all, I’m new here just wanted to ask does using these mods in a single player game like days gone put you in danger of bans from steam or Xbox. I know if you use them in pvp games it can result in bans but I’m more into single player open world games like Days Gone, Ghost recon, Death Stranding etc
