I no longer have Diamond. I had a lifetime Diamond subscription from way back in the old Horizon days which worked with the earlier versions of Infinity and Horizon so? Does this no longer count?
They have made few changes to the website, and terms/conditions, though it says “Diamond” next to your UserName. But, this could also be caused because of WeMod 2.0, imo.
Diamond has been split into Diamond and Pro.
… Pro members get 10,000 WePoints per month and can access the Infinity remote.
Diamond members get unlimited access to Horizon only.
If you were subscribed to Diamond before the split, you get grandfathered in as a Pro member, as long as you keep your subscription active.
… Lifetime Diamond members get a free year of Pro.
Meaning he should have his Lifetime and a year Pro.
Bet some of the @staff can help
According to the My Account part I am subscribed to neither. I have no Diamond or Pro even though I had lifetime Diamond from back in the day.
It must have happen something while the changes were done.

I wasn’t paying attention to that when I first submitted. I think this is more than the proof I need.
New things always have bugs /kinks, they just need to be worked out

This isn’t really a big issue, the import didn’t go through properly i assume. I would set you up now if i had access.
