Just tried right now, don’t work in story mode too 
Seems like only the population mods work, none of the others. hopefully there’s an update.

Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong, the only cheat I can get to work is the game speed one.
I have bought all of the DLC, is that having an effect?
Steam > single player > pick Clan > game loads > turn cheats on > nothing…
