A program like numkey, (http://numerickeyboard.com) infinity does not recognise that a key has been pressed using this program.
Then use the physical num pad on the keyboard. We never said it would work with other software.
It’s an issue with the program then. Window’s OSK works fine with every app

Some keyboards don’t have a numpad on their keyboard, this program can be a substitute.
You can rebind the hotkeys in Infinity.
