Launch the game first and while in the main menu, click Play on Wand to load the mods.
Please keep multipliers at their default of 1 instead of setting them to 0 if you don’t want to mod those options.

thank you so much for the trainer, are there any hope that you can add unlimited ultimate technique option (ultimate always at level 3 and can be use at any time)?
Hey drummer do you take request to make a trainer? If so I and so many others have requested for a Silent Hill 2 Xbox trainer to be made, but the creator for the steam version has no thoughts or cares to make one, would it be possible when you have time to make one for us? It would be very much appreciated. If you can’t I understand, it just would be nice to know anything cause me and the community has been in radio silence since the game came out on xbox.
Thank you for your request. I typically don’t play those type of games and I also am a little busy this coming week. I would think if enough people have requested a trainer, that Wand will make one eventually, but I’m not sure when that will be. Sorry for the radio silence on this one.

The Enemy Damage Multiplier cheat has been removed after a recent update. That one was useful for nerfing enemies without blatantly using one-hit kills or unlimited HP.
WeMod would shut itself down at the title screen of my game, but once I turned off the Steam Overlay, it worked like a charm. Just a head’s up if anyone else experiences the same problem.
