Ok? So where is my Gta IV installation folder?

I baught it from steam and when i go through the sytem C:

This is only what is there:

And that is the episodes from liberty city folder

this is what is inside that:

And that is it… like i said i downloaded it with steam… II actually downloaded eflc as a NZB so that is why it is there.

Anyone help me out please? I really want to mod the game

HOW DID YOU GET THAT FOLDER i just bought it and installed it and when i go to C:/users/myuser/appdata/local/rockstargames and all thats there is a RGSC (rockstar games social club) folder but no gta iv folder
