Are you using the steam version ? Sometimes a different game version only some of the cheats will.

As a Pro user, you can definitely vote if the game is in the queue. Except they are now called boosts instead of votes. The voting system has changed since my previous post above.
If the game is not in the queue, add it to your favourites in WeMod to help us see how popular the trainer is and prioritise it accordingly.
