Same here. No mods are working anymore after the Frontline: Battle of the Bulge DLC.

Edit:

After testing with the team, all of the mods are working. If you are having difficulty running the mods, we recommend using the latest version of the trainer. You can find this under the history tab below the Play button. Please use the latest version. Alternatively, you can get the latest version by clicking the DOWNLOAD TRAINER button at the top of this forum discussion.
