Just tried to use “Unlimited Structures Health” and the game crashed. Was in story mode.

In my case, it didn’t crashed, but every building health was set to 0%, and when hovering over the maintanance drone count (left bottom corner) it says “Colony Heatlh: -1800000000000000000%”

Thanks for the update. It appears that the Instance Research is still not functionling properly.
