I’ve had the same issue, and I’ve come up with a janky fix for it. What you need to do is click play on Phasmophobia, and then as soon as the game fullscreens (before your game fully loads in) run the bypass and wait until you are on the Phasmophobia in-game home page, and then click play on WeMod. This works for me flawlessly.

if you are experiencing issues using the bypass follow these steps
- Fully close WeMod first and make sure it isn’t running
- Launch the bypass (also, make sure you’ve extracted it from the .zip file)
- Launch the game through Steam
- Once you’ve loaded into the main menu, launch WeMod again
- Go to the Phas trainer and click the Play button

Bypass launch and phasmophobia but Steam shows it is running, the window does not appear. Without bypass and WeMod it comes in but without cheats
Can’t launch Bypass, Windows tells me the program won’t run on my PC. It’s not the thing where it’s saying the program is harmful, it’s just saying it won’t run and I’m not given any other options to run it anyway. Is there an update for the bypass or a windows 10 update that broke the bypass? am I gonna have to upgrade to windows 11?
Ok so for this i used something like system informer to find the phasmophobia.exe process and close it. I have to launch the game twice with the bypass running and then the menu can inject into the game. try that.
For the next update, would it be possible to add an option that tells you the location of the bone?
After more carefully watching what’s happening, it appears after running the program, the file size immediately drops to zero. There’s no notification of the program being harmful, however it does appear something is stopping the program from running without telling me, and even deleting the data in the file. Anyone have ideas?
I can’t download the bypass. My computer keeps saying virus detected. I had the bypass downloaded before but my hard drive went down. How can I get the bypass back?
You need to restore it from your antivirus quarantine.

Bro, all bypasses are considered viruses because they bypass central code to let the mods work and atop of that the bypass isnt unknown it was made by MrAntiFun which made the wemod mods for phasmo.
It’s been 1 year since bypass was released, I was wondering if the latter update had a new one.
Because I have had a problem since that evening, bypass no longer detects the game and therefore launches without taking bypass into account, so I wonder if anyone of you had the solution for this problem.

I’m still having the unity player issues with it, ill launch phas, then after its loaded click play in wemod but if I attempt to click on any of the menus in the game it gives me the unity player crash. How do i fix this.

You need to follow the read before playing tab and use the bypass
i cant download the bypass it says i have to change the permissions but when i try to it then says the requested security info is either unavailable or cant be displayed. pls help
If Windows 11, use Microsoft Edge to download it.
Tried using Edge, on Windows 11 and it also detected it as a virus. I can’t download the bypass either.
You need to go into your quarantine and allow it through.

Why do you think the bypass needs to be updated? The game hasn’t changed the way their anti-cheat works since the bypass was created so it is hard to believe they’ve done so now.
