Hi everyone, just wanna ask a quick question. Is the frame rate normal for my setup?
Your setup should give you at least 60-65 FPS on max settings with most games. Your limiting factor would be your CPU, but as long as you donât notice any severe drops in frames then Iâd say youâre set.
My MB is MSI B250 M Bazooka, so if I were to change my processor, do I have to change my MB as well? Pardon me, cuz my last 2 PC were pre build and this is my 1st self build and I have limited knowledge on PC stuffs.
Depends on the new processor. Your current processor has the Intel LGA1151 socket so you would need to get a new processor with that socket. Your current processor will be fine for a few more years, but if you did decide to upgrade and donât want to spend the extra cash on a new motherboard, you would need a motherboard with the Intel LGA1151 socket. Usually the motherboard specs list the compatible processors, but you should look at the compatibility chart for your motherboard to be sure.

Well before you get a new processor, please know that you will need to get a new motherboard if you plan to go to 8th or 9th gen even though they are the same socket. Your only upgrade would be to get a 7700 K or T with your current motherboard.
100 and 200 series mobos support 6th and 7th.
300 series mobos support 8th and 9th (there is no 400 series yet).
I recently upgraded to a 8600k so Iâll be posting my new rig later.
Or switch to AMD. AMD is notorious for socket longevity. A first gen Ryzen will run in ALL socket AM4 motherboards. Granted if you use a first gen Ryzen in a x570 you lose PCIe gen4. But it ultimately up to you.

yes yes yes, I know what hydrochloric acid is. Mixing bleach and vinegar can also be dangerous if not done safely. I was more just messing with Biggest_Mike and ptondo as we BS sometimes. I donât know how often you mix up stuff like that but be careful please.
