You’ll be glad to hear the creator has now made a new version for riptide.
For anyone who’s used it like myself will know this is a very cool useful and easy to use save editor.

I would highly recommend posting a virus scan with this before you get whined at.
EDIT: Just for future reference, Instinct ran it through VT, came back 0/46, so it’s virus free.
My computers currently broke I’m using my iPad lol hence why theres no vs any chance you could do one for me please or anyone for that matter

My computers currently broke so I can’t take any screen grabs at the moment but I will add this is the best and easiest dead island editor to use it also saves a backup of your unmodded game save incase you want to revert back to the original gameplay
It’s a good tool, thanks for reposting it here. I actually found it about a week prior to this post, so I know this works amazingly. I used to just hex edit ammo and inventory values before this. Virus scans deem it safe to use.
yeah this has always been the best dise editor in my opinion it seems a litle outdated(probably because hes using the original dise to mod the new game) but as far as i know steffen is fixing the issues and resolving them on a daily basis…
reason i posted the editor is because alot of people are looking for an easy to use save editor but most havnt heard or used dise before…
all i can add is i hope it gives everyone who downloads as much fun that i have had with it
the ellipse editor works great for the game, will be trying this one today, thanks m8! riptide imo is the best sequel to come along in awhile, and the ability to easily mod it makes it addicting, i absolutely love this game! the fun factor is on skyrim levels! no bs.

hey guys i can vouch for this, this editor is great and trusted no viruses feel free to run it through a virus scan. and ive been using this tool for some time now its by the best for the dead island series. anyways the tool is called DISE (dead island save editor) and its a great tool for both dead islands it works for witch ever one you want
you can max out your skill tree to 363/14 for every ability and theres some tweaks you can add to give you god mod, unlimted ammo, unlimted stama, and lots more

It’s pretty simple open the editor and horizon extract the save to desktop open the save via dise… Happy modding
Note… Don’t add any guns or weapons with AI next to it or the weapons with _ in it they are void in riptide
Don’t forget to save hash resign and change console Id etc

So I tried DISE gave myself some extra cash and weapons and about 3 Skils all on Deeper Pockets but when I started the game up I noticed that it said on my skills tab that I have -3 skill points(I’m John lvl 45) anyone else get this probem?
Yes I can its because you’ve modded the skills it goes into a negative… When I modded the skills so I had everyone and every characters it was at -36 there is no fault or anything…
The only solution to this if you don’t like seeing the negative number is to remove the modded skills and go legit… But like I said it doesn’t affect the game in anyway apart from the negative skills
It says that the file is not found, I would say fix it. Before people get mad, and yell at you, again.
I would say to look at the last post before you get in trouble… This thread is a few months old.
