A button to report a broken mod will make it easier to report a broken mod without having to wait for the smiley pop-up to show up to report if a mod is broken.
Users can also let us know by leaving a comment on the trainer’s post on the forums. A button to report a mod as broken is highly likely to be abused, like people spamming and/or users who have cracked games (when the trainer won’t work for them).
I believe this is the reason why it was removed originally, but other mods/admins can chime in to give their two cents as well
