for the finalized version I suggest a cheat:

  • Instakill
    And:
  • Explosive Impact (Makes all projectiles explode like an RPG round)

Wow! That was fast. A mod allowing for a higher FOV slider for 32:9 monitors (5120 x 1440) for the final game will be greatly appreciated.
