Resident Evil 4 game freezes when WeMod is turned on

Did you follow the trainer’s instructions for the anti-cheat bypass?
The issue could also be due to CapCom’s decision to use DirectX 12, instead of DirectX 11.
DX12 is known for having horrible optimisation issues.
Resident Evil 7 for example had so many launch issues with DX12 that they allowed people to revert back to DX11 in the game’s launch settings. Not sure about Resident Evil 4, though.
