I just played a game with maximum jump, health, no reload, unlimited ammo, game speed at 2 player speed at 2 and ghost mode on… the game crashed after 5 minutes… I don’t entirely believe the mods cause the crash, I also have instances where my game would “lag” or freeze up for a second (this happens with and without mods active) but I believe that is an error on the games side and not WeMod.
Game keeps crashing for me aswell, trying to do secret ee and keep getting shut down on it. hopefully update soon to fix it. for wemod and steam hopefully
The issue is something to do with the cheats. Do the cheats work as intended? Yes, they do. They work perfectly fine. However, you cannot play the game using any of them, because the game crashes every single time any of the cheats are active.
I am not a cheat coder, so I couldn’t possibly know what the issue truly is, but as someone who has tested the cheats at least ten times, I can say that the game crashed every time I tried them. Mind you, the game has never crashed on me prior to this. Hopefully this helps you find whatever the issue may be.
I may have found a work around, the unlimited ammo and money work after closing the trainer without toggling them off, turn them on then close WeMod, I was able to get to round 51 before I ended the game… the others DO NOT WORK after closing wemod.
The trainer has recently been updated. To ensure you’re using the latest version, simply click on the History tab and select the most recent update of the trainer.

Its much better but still crashes after some time. I tries for high rounds twice, crashed after round 38, and then 42.
Try launching the game first and wait until you can move freely within the game world, and then opening the mods by clicking PLAY and kindly monitor the activity.
I tried everything including that, but the game keeps crashing. That’s weird, the game crashed doing something different in game, each time. 
The only crashing I’m getting is when I use unlimited money and turn it off again once I start to gain money again the game crashes but apart from that everything else works for me, maybe change unlimited money so you can edit it instead.

Mine crashed on the Sewer map right after entering the room on the left after going up the slope.

the cheat crashes the game after several minutes, I tried on two computers and several maps, it’s only when I use Wemod that it crashes.

Have you attempted launching the game initially, waiting until you can freely navigate within the game world, and then opening the mods by clicking PLAY?
Reinstalled the trainer, only used unlimited money and unlimited bullets, and now the game doesn’t crash for me anymore. 
can only get unlimited money working so far without crashing, pretty sure its the game devs trying to block the mods because its not just wemod same goes for CE scripts 
not too bothered about godmode but the other mods are pretty useful
also game was bought directly on steam
