Not without a jtag/rgh. Vanilla save edits are possible though.

A “jtag” is a modified xbox 360. You can either:
A: Buy a jtagged console. or
B: Purchase and install a jtag mod yourself (if you have the right xbox 360 motherboard). This would require some soldering skill and soldering equipment.
