can someone help me out, i have an xbox 360 and i want to mod skyrim but the only places with the mods i want are nexus mods and places that cost money. i want to be able to use weapon mods as well as armor. or at least be able to create my own and put them in there. any help?
Skyrim pc mods (the ones found on nexus) relies on the modding support the pc version has along with how open the pc version of windows is. The xbox 360 version of skyrim doesn’t have any support for modding because the xbox 360 OS doesn’t support modding.
Unless you are a skilled xbox 360 modder, buy a xbox one (skyrim special edition has modding support thanks to cooperation between microsoft and bethesda) or a pc, or just give up.

Unless you want to spend a couple hundred on a modded console that will barely any run mods from nexus, what sNaKe said is true.
Most of the stuff you find on nexus contains assets that are not in the vanilla game, and there are no means of porting those new assets to the Skyrim 360 version. If you want to try armor & weapon mods, your best bet is to get a budget gaming pc and play Skyrim on it. The PC version runs a lot smoother & faster anyways, you’d be upgrading.
It would only be possible using a modded console or by modding an iso and running that somehow. This is advanced stuff that require money and both hardware and software knowledge. It is theoretically possible but it is just ineffective unless you already know how to do it and have the equipment.
