Small steam question

Hi, I have small question about steam.
I have 2 computers, one with Payday 2, and second one without game. Is there way to copy it to the second computer without downloading it (I don’t want download 17 GB again)

Copy the files to a usb and move them to the other computer?

Thanks, but I just don’t know where are these files, I don’t know which directory.
