The trainer may or may not work ONLINE, because the DEVs don’t code trainers to work in Co-op or MP online mode. It’s basically for use for the SINGLE player campaign/solo mode (zombies) etc, IMO.
Though, in some cases, the Trainer may work while playing online, due to game’s MP CODE being identical to SP (depends on the engine/code though), but I won’t advice using it online.
Taken from WEMOD’s support faq:
“Infinity does not modify or distribute any copyrighted game material, and it only supports modding single-player mode in games”.
We don’t offer any mods for multiplayer-mode or any bypasses to obtain free in-game/in-app purchases. However, in some cases, it is possible that Infinity will work in multiplayer-mode because of how closely the game’s multiplayer and single player code intersect. In these cases, we recommend you do not use the mods in a multiplayer match.
We are not responsible if your Steam, Origin, UPlay, or other account gets banned, nor are we responsible for any other consequences that result from multiplayer modding.
We also don’t support cracked versions of games. Respect the game developers and buy their games.
Btw, try to search for Call of Duty: SCZ FoV Changer, if that’s what you are looking for. But, it’s basically a non-multiplayer field of view changer for various COD titles.
Or better yet, another way to adjust the FOV would be to bind it to a key in the config file.
The config file should be located somewhere under this path/directory: Steam/steamapps/common/call of duty black ops/players folder.
You can try to BIND a key, e.g. like this, bind v "cg_fov 90". Make sure to mark the config file as Read-only via Properties, if the game doesn’t save the changes.
Not sure, if the above tip of mine, would help you or not though.
