Yes, that wasn’t troubleshooting for game crashes. :slight_smile:

Game crashes are generally caused by your hardware not meeting the game’s minimum specs.

If the game also crashes without using WeMod:

  • Your drivers, like GPU, might be too old, or simply just need a software update.

    • Minimum requirement is AMD Radeon RX 5700, NVIDIA GeForce 1070 Ti
    • Recommended is AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080

  • Your processor may be too weak or in need of an update.

    • Minimum requirement is AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, Intel Core i7-6800K
    • Recommended is AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, Intel i5-10600K

  • An SSD is required, as opposed to an HDD.

If the game crashes only when using WeMod:

  • Make sure you have enough RAM on your machine. Bear in mind other programs on the machine are also using that RAM.

    • Use Task Manager to close any unnecessary programs running in the background that are using up your system resources. That includes web browsers, auto-updates, Discord, etc.

  • Starfield requires a minimum of 16 GB of RAM. If your machine has exactly 16GB of RAM then while the game is running there isn’t a whole lot left to run other software alongside the game, such as WeMod.

This is the kind of mod i like, I like to up the damage a small bit, defense a small bit and a little XP. Nice.

For some reason when i drop Digipicks using the items don’t decrease cheat, It doesn’t work. Am i doing something wrong? it works fine with foods and other items just not Digipicks?

Zero weight seems to not be working very well. Was working yesterday flawlessly but now I have pressed it so many time to turn it on and off and my weight won’t go to 0.

We really need easy craft and no skill requirements if possible.

I had this problem initially as well. When copy-dropping items, ensure you leave 2 in your inventory. You should notice the item number does not change after doing this. Then leave inventory, and grab all the copied stuff you drop.

Yeah this has worked for me as long as you have more than 2 items. But sadly the only item it doesn’t work with so far is the Digipicks. I’ve tried it with 3 and more. I also tried using one with the cheat on and still uses one up.

Edit - It works when you have 4 Digipicks and it drops down to 3 then keeps dropping them.

That just sucks. I accidently opened the console (didn’t use it) when in a fight and trying to hit 1. Wondered why I hadn’t gotten any achievements yet…

I was looking for a solution to this same problem, can’t hear my companion or any audio notes. Will try Play after opening the game, thanks!

Start the game using Steam. Then tab out and start WeMod. Solves the issue. Happened to me last night because I used WeMod to start the game. Sorry for double post!

For some reason I can’t get the Overlay to work. Win+G opens the overlay window, but the WeMod says I still need to activate the mod, even though I used to the WeMod to start the game already.

Any suggestions?
