Has anyone been successful in doing this? If so, how? Does it have to placed on an external device then moved to the Xbox One or is it done via a “Cloud” system? If it is, my data could not be found 
I think this is a cool feature they have added, you can technically bring modified game saves to the Xbox One as long as they have not patched anything/too much.
