Problem: When the system tray icon is moved off the taskbar to the hidden icons portion of the system tray, the white icon on a white background makes WeMod look like it’s not running. Every time WeMod update, the settings for the system tray icon are reverted to Windows default, hiding the icon and continuing this invisible icon problem.
Solution: Add a 1–2 px border to the icon so the white icon will at least be easily visible on the white background of the system tray’s hidden icons area.
@frank can we set the icon color based on windows theme colors? Alternatively, we could just change it to the colored logo so it shows up on any theme.
I’m surprised this wasn’t reported before! I will look into adding a small border. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be persisting the tray setting across updates though. Do any other settings reset?
