I have a question about a game Tavern Keeper.
I tried to find it in the app but it’s not listed, even with the search it did not appear.
How can I actually request a Trainer for that game if it’s not listed?

Hello and welcome back to the community. 
Games are automatically added to the game library at Wand for people to request cheats for when the application detects that “enough” members own the game.
It is done this way automatically so that the library does not become oversaturated with low-quality abandoned, junk, and scam (ie, asset flip) games.
Since it is not a AAA game and was only released a few days ago, it is not unusual that Tavern Keeper isn’t in the library just yet. Keep checking, though!

Same devs as Game Dev Tycoon. They hide their files really well, or I’m just not versed enough to know where they are.
